Shrimp & Lobster Sous Vide
Recipe:
2 whole lobsters (cooked, deshelled and cut into 1/2 pieces. Leave claw meat whole).
1 lb collasal shrimp (or 16-20 shrimp)
1/2 butter
1/2 white wine
Keep pan on medium heat.
Add your shallots and garlic with a little salt. Do not let your garlic burn.
Add shrimp. Add butter. Allow to cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Once shrimp is cooked, toss in lobster. If you need another piece of butter go for it!
garnish with cherry tomatoes halved and finely chopped parsley
