📋 Ingredients:
🍅 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained (or whole tomatoes)
🌶️ 2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
🧅 1/3 cup onions, chopped
🌿 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
🧄 1 large clove garlic, minced
🌶️ 1/2 jalapeno, minced
🧂 1 tsp salt
🥄 1/2 tsp cumin
🍋 1/2 lime, juiced
📝 Instructions:
🍅 Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor. 🌿
🔄 Pulse until desired consistency. 🥣
🌶️ Taste, and adjust the seasonings to your taste. 🧂
🥄 Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week. 🧊
Notes 💡:
◻️ If you like a mild salsa, remove the seeds from the jalapeno. 🌶️
