Mouth Watering Chipotle Chicken Wings! 🌶️🍗

Ingredients:

1 kilo of chicken wings
1⁄3 cup chipotle sauce (you can use the juice of the canned or liqueur chipotles with a little water and vinegar)
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying


Preparation:

Wash well chicken wings, skins and legumes with absorbent paper.
Season the wings with salt and pepper to taste and reserve.
Heat some oil in a large frying pan on low heat. Make sure the frying pan has a lid.
Fry the wings in hot oil until golden brown all over, stirring occasionally to cook evenly. If your frying pan is small, fry it in parts.
Meanwhile, mix chipotle sauce with melted butter and sugar.
Once the wings are golden, drain the chipotle mix over them. Cook on low and covered until the sauce has reduced and adheres to the wings, stirring and flipping occasionally to prevent burning.
When the wings are well coated with sauce and tender, remove them from the fire and serve.
