Homemade Chicken Spaghetti 🍝🐔
📋 Ingredients:
8 ounces spaghetti
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
3️⃣ Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
5️⃣ Add cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
6️⃣ Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
7️⃣ Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
8️⃣ Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
