Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs
Cheesy Mozzarella Stuffed Biscuit Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 mozzarella cheese sticks
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a mozzarella cheese stick in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal completely. Place the sealed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the biscuit bombs.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
