Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake 🍗🧀🍝
📋 Ingredients:
8 ounces penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4️⃣ Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
5️⃣ Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
6️⃣ Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
7️⃣ Add cooked chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce.
8️⃣ Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
9️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
