Garlic Butter Grilled Chicken Breast 🍗🧈😋❤️

Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:
1. Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Marinate: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Pour half of this mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Reserve the other half for basting.
3. Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting occasionally with the reserved garlic butter mixture.
5. Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon slices and garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
Notes:
• Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh green salad.
• For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
