Elegant Grilled Lobster and Shrimp with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster tails and shrimp with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for basting.
Place the lobster tails and shrimp on the grill. Cook the lobster tails for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the meat is opaque and firm. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
Baste the lobster and shrimp with the remaining garlic butter mixture during the last minute of grilling.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
