🥧 Crustless Zucchini Pie 🥒
📋 Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis, grated
1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (60g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup (30g) chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup (60ml) milk or heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2️⃣ Place the grated zucchinis in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
3️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchinis, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk or heavy cream, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
5️⃣ Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
6️⃣ Transfer the mixture to the greased pie dish and spread it out evenly.
7️⃣ Bake the crustless zucchini pie in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
