📋 Ingredients:
🧈 6 tbsp salted butter
🧀 8 oz brick cream cheese
🌽 4 1/2 cups corn (3 cans)
🌶 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
🌶 2-4 jalapeños, chopped finely
🌶 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeños
🌶 1/2 tsp paprika
🧂 Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
🧀 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine butter and cream cheese in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. 🧈
2️⃣ Add corn, red bell pepper, and both types of jalapeños. 🌽
3️⃣ Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. 🌶
4️⃣ Mix in half the cheddar cheese until melted. 🧀
