📋 Ingredients:

🫒 1 Tablespoon olive oil
🥩 1 pound lean ground beef
🧅 1 small onion, finely chopped
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🍝 12 oz short cut pasta
🌿 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
🍅 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
🥣 1 cup low sodium beef broth
🧀 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
🧀 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese


📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. 🍲
2️⃣ Add oil to a large skillet over high heat. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. 🥩
3️⃣ Drain fat from the pan, add garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 🧄
