Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Cowboy Butter:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
