📋 Ingredients:
4 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, raisins or dried cranberries, chopped fresh parsley, and chopped walnuts or pecans (if using).
