🍤 Cilantro Lime Steak and Shrimp 🥩

📋 Ingredients:

🥩 2 ribeye steaks
🍤 8 ounces jumbo shrimp
🍋 ¼ cup lime juice
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🍬 1 tablespoon brown sugar
🧄 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
🌶️ ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
🧂 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
🧂 ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
🌿 ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro


📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare a grill fire to 350°. Pat steaks and shrimp dry and place on a baking sheet. 🥩
2️⃣ Mix lime juice, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 🍋
3️⃣ Brush sauce over steaks and shrimp. 🍤
4️⃣ Grill steaks and shrimp for 4 minutes with the grill closed. 🔥
5️⃣ Turn, brush with remaining sauce, and cook until shrimp is done and steaks reach desired doneness. 🌡️
