Chocolate Fudge Cookie Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup fudge sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread half of the dough into the prepared pie dish.
Drizzle the fudge sauce over the dough, then spread the remaining dough on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before serving.
