📋 Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the chipotle mayo.
3️⃣ Place potato wedges in a large mixing bowl. Add the chipotle mayo mixture to the bowl and toss until the potato wedges are evenly coated.
4️⃣ Arrange the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
