Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 dinner rolls or slider buns
6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 cup dill pickle chips
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Press the beef mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked.
While the beef is baking, prepare the slider buns by slicing them in half if not pre-sliced.
Once the beef is cooked, remove from the oven and drain any excess grease. Place slices of cheddar cheese evenly over the beef, then return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Cut the cooked beef with melted cheese into 12 even squares and place each square on a bun.
Top each slider with a dollop of ketchup and mustard, followed by a pickle chip, chopped onion, and shredded lettuce.
Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.
