Cajun Surf and Turf 🍤🥩😋❤️

Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Season ribeye steaks with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook steaks to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove steaks and let them rest.
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and season with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Add butter to the skillet and melt, coating the shrimp.
Slice the rested steaks and serve with the Cajun shrimp on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
