🥩 Balsamic Glazed Steak Tips and Veggies Sheet Pan 🥦
📋 Ingredients:
1.5 pounds (680g) steak tips
2 cups (300g) baby potatoes, halved
2 cups (240g) broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup (60ml) balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Place the steak tips, halved baby potatoes, broccoli florets, and sliced bell peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
4️⃣ Pour the balsamic vinegar mixture over the steak tips and veggies, tossing to coat evenly.
5️⃣ Arrange everything in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure the steak tips and veggies are not overcrowded.
6️⃣ Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the veggies are tender.
7️⃣ Halfway through the cooking time, give everything a stir or flip the steak tips for even cooking.
8️⃣ Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
