📋 Ingredients:

🧈 1 cup unsalted butter
🍬 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
🍬 ¾ cup powdered sugar
🥄 ½ cup vegetable oil
🥚 2 large eggs
🍶 ¼ cup sour cream
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌰 ¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
🌾 5 ½ cups all-purpose flour
🧂 ¾ tsp fine sea salt
🥄 ½ tsp baking soda
🥄 ½ tsp cream of tartar
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter (frosting)
🍶 ¼ cup sour cream (frosting)
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract (frosting)
🍬 4 cups powdered sugar (frosting)


📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Mix in oil, sour cream, eggs, and extracts.
3️⃣ Whisk flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Combine with sugar mixture.
4️⃣ Scoop, roll, and press dough balls. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
5️⃣ Mix butter, sour cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar for frosting. Spread on cooled cookies.
