Creamy Beef Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz short cut pasta
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
Add oil to a large skillet over high heat. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink.
Drain fat from the pan, add garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Mix in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Add cubed cream cheese and stir until melted.
Combine with cooked pasta and Mozzarella cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.
Notes :
Ensure pasta is cooked al dente for best texture.
Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more red pepper flakes for extra spice.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
