Spinach Ravioli in a Creamy Parmesan and Browned Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
1 package spinach ravioli
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Directions:
Cook the spinach ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the browned butter.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the ravioli and stir until melted and well combined.
Add the pine nuts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
