Ingredients:
For the Greek Chicken Meatballs:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
For the Homemade Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta, chopped red onion, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped parsley, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
